Compliance Package

1.
Provision of a company specific Health and Safety Policy in
accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act
1974.

To include a one-day visit to the client*s premises to determine the
requirements and responsibilities for all specific health and safety issues.

The service will also include the presentation of the policy to the management representative.

2.
The service includes undertaking the identification of the*significant
risks of the business in accordance with the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

The objective of which would be to identify and evaluate the hazards &
risks associated with the core activities of the business & propose
effective remedial actions where necessary to reduce the identified
risks to the lowest practical level.

The service will also include the production of documentary evidence
for final approval by the client, to support the risk assessment process.

3.
During the year, as part of the service, we will provide 2no. workplace
inspections focusing on the practical safety issues within the workplace
and an assessment of the routine documentation implemented to
support the safety management systems in place.

4.
The Compliance package will also include the provision of 4 places on
the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health 'Foundation Health and
Safety course' on one of our open training courses.

5.
Additional Services Provided
